Treatment Plan:

Treatment Plan: Come and feel the burn at 105-122 degrees Fahrenheit, Far Infrared Hot Yoga & Cycle room. This treatment should be done 2-3 days a week for the optimum results. You may choose from a variety of different programs such as Yoga stretch, Pilates, Cycle and Yoga Weight loss.

These programs are adjusted to you, addressed to your comfort level and are given to you by a virtual instructor. You do not need to be embarrassed or feel that you are being watched by a group of people. Our Yoga room is only big enough for you and a guest.
